We're looking for people who enjoy meeting new people, creating opportunities, and being rewarded for their performance. In this role, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce them to solar and battery backup solutions, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants.
You are not responsible for closing sales. Your role is to start conversations, generate interest, and create opportunities for our team.

Earning Potential
Top performers in this role can earn $60,000–$130,000+ annually, with opportunities to advance into Solar Consultant and leadership positions.
Your success is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and performance.
What You'll Do
Walk neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
Start conversations about solar energy and battery backup
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
Gather basic customer information when needed
Track activity using company tools
Represent repower solar + battery professionally in the community
Who We're Looking For
Self-motivated and dependable
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable speaking with new people
Coachable and willing to learn
Able to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors
Reliable transportation required
Experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, athletics, hospitality, bartending, retail, or other people-focused roles is helpful but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
