The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced painter to join our team. This position offers the potential for career advancement and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality painting tasks including brush, roll, and spray techniques
• Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and safety
• Lead and mentor less experienced painters
Qualifications:
• Minimum of one year of professional painting experience
• Proficiency in brush, roll, and spray techniques
• Punctuality, a positive attitude, and reliable transportation are essential
What We Offer:
• Weekly pay
• Paid travel to work (up to 30 minutes)
• Competitive wages starting at $25 per hour, with room for advancement/wage increase based on experience
• Full benefits package after probation period including health share plan, company paid life insurance, company match retirement plan, paid time off and paid holidays
• Overtime available weekly; we do not work on weekends or holidays
