Montana Roof Worx is a family-owned flat roofing company serving the Flathead Valley and we're looking for an experienced flat roofer to join our team. If you take pride in your work, know how to lead a crew, and want to work for a company that actually values its people — we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
Installing and maintaining flat roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and PVC
Leading and working alongside a small, skilled crew
Representing Montana Roof Worx professionally on every job site
What we're looking for:
3+ years of flat roofing experience
Crew lead or foreman experience preferred
Valid driver's license required
Reliable, safety-minded, and a team player
What we offer:
$25–$35/hr depending on experience
