The Source is growing — and we are looking for a skilled, heart-centered Massage Therapist to join our team.
We are hiring for:
Tuesday evenings
Thursday evenings
Friday evenings
Saturday (full day)
The Source is a sauna + massage spa rooted in contrast therapy, nervous system reset, and intentional wellness experiences. Our therapists work alongside Finnish-style sauna cycles, red light therapy, and a deeply calming environment designed to help guests slow down and reconnect.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Massage Therapist in Montana
Confident in 50–85 minute therapeutic sessions
Comfortable with both relaxation and deeper therapeutic neuromuscular work
Professional, grounded, and team-oriented
Available consistently for the schedule above
