If anyone knows someone looking to rent to an extremely conscientious tenant that is exceedingly clean, (non-smoking, no drugs or alcohol) quiet, respectful, locally employed with EXCELLENT REFERENCES, I am looking for an affordable year-round room, cabin or in-home apt. in the quiet countryside anywhere around Whitefish or Kalispell, outside of town. I would also entertain a seasonal rental or house-sitting arrangement from June 1st through the end of September.

Ideally, I am eager to settle into a more permanent housing solution from the annual six month cycle associated with short-term housing. Please feel free to reach out at your earliest convenience as my current lease is flexible to move in anytime before June 1st, so no rush as yet to find the ideal fit.

Hobbies include; pickleball, golf, and travel for outdoor activities.
