VA/PA seeking part-time job (Kalispell)

Hello there. I’m looking for a flexible part time job in which I can work from home as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant. I’m looking to acquire a 1099 position in which I can work about 15-20 hours a week, maybe more. I am currently a Bookkeeper/Assistant for a small general contracting business in Kalispell.

My ambition is to help others succeed, while I take care of the minute tasks—it’s the small details that make the biggest impact.

I’m very skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.), managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and other clerical tasks. I have experience writing proposals, creating invoices and construction bids, running QuickBooks, and running payroll. I am organized, efficient in my work, meticulous with details, and I am excellent with both written and verbal communication.
