WARN 8274 winch - good shape, could use clean/lube & perhaps swap steel cable for synthetic winchline (likely ~100# lighter)
Needs a 6-pin controller - or upgrade to contactor & wireless remote.
Great aftermarket support for this model.
Swapping a contactor in place of the solenoids is a great upgrade.

**INCLUDES** Vintage WARN winch accessories & case: 12’ chain, WARN snatch block, gloves & case for tree saver, controller, extra towstrap or Yankum rope.

Our home burned down October 2025, lots of priorities changed. We’re selling everything we can to fund rebuilding. It will be a win/win if you find something you like! We will be so grateful!
