I had this engine built several years ago for a 4X4 project that I ended up not completing. The work was done at Sterling Rod and Custom in Colorado by their dedicated LS engines guy. Unfortunately, he isn't there now and I have not been able to contact him. I have the cam card, but not full literature on the build. However, the engine is open and everything can be seen pretty easily.
Basics on the engine are LQ4, oversized at 6.18L/377 CID, with Manly pistons and connecting rods. PRC 2.5 cathedral port heads with the PRC valves and springs. 10.5:1 compression, built to run NA at 525hp/525lb./ft., but accept boost if needed. ARP fasteners all around.
I've got the valve covers, front and rear covers, Moroso deep sump oil pan. A couple of the gaskets, fasteners, dip stick, etc., as well. Engine lift plate comes with it. Open to discussing the engine stand if someone wanted it.
I paid $8,500 for the engine, with extra into the parts listed above. I was going to hold out and try to get $8,000 back out of it, but I've got a move coming up and I think it's time to take the hit instead of hauling it around for no reason. Putting it up for $6,500 and will discuss reasonable offers. I'm not an expert on the engine, but will answer any questions you have. Thanks.
