I decided to rent out space on my property.
There will be background checks and some simple rules that need to be followed [e.g. NO smoking of ANY kind on the property {fire hazard} no wild parties, keep it clean and orderly, no fire arms on property, treat the surrounding with respect]
The site is 7 miles west of Kalispell, in the foothills.
I will take some photos when the snow is gone. The pictures you see are from the general area.
I am not sure about the price yet - I still have to do some research about dry lots.
There will be access to a water hydrant to fill up your tank, and we could consider an Out-House rental.
It is a very pretty spot, quiet and with wildlife passing through.
