A local organization is seeking a friendly, highly organized, and community-minded individual to support front desk operations and day-to-day administrative tasks. Position Overview
Part-time, year-round position with seasonal hours:
• Fall–Spring: ~8–10 hours/week
• Summer: ~16–20 hours/week
• Start Date: May 1, 2026
• Schedule: Flexible within regular business hours, with occasional support needed for events
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors and assist with general inquiries
• Answer phone calls and provide helpful, accurate information
• Enter payments and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Keep business and community information current and organized
• Manage and post events to a shared calendar
• Prepare materials and supplies for local events
• Assist with scheduling and general administrative coordination
• Help organize, reset, and maintain spaces following events
What We’re Looking For
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. This role requires someone who consistently follows through and keeps things running smoothly
• Ability to work independently and take initiative. You can manage tasks, stay on track, and recognize what needs to be done without constant direction
• Comfort working in computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and CRM platforms
• Experience with WordPress or website updates is a plus
• Friendly, approachable communication style
• A genuine interest in and knowledge of the local area, including outdoor recreation, Glacier Park, and community happenings
• Someone who values being part of and contributing to the local community
