Northwest Drywall & Roofing Supply Inc., a Montana-based specialty building materials distributor, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at our Great Falls location. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our sales team, warehouse, and delivery crews, ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution store. We pride ourselves on our excellent team and are looking for a candidate with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales team, warehouse, and delivery crews
• Coordinate delivery schedules, inventory, purchasing, and receiving
• Oversee hiring, training, and other HR-related activities
• Ensure facility security and vehicle fleet maintenance
• Implement marketing strategies and manage store operations in accordance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in management within the building materials distribution industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage delivery crew and schedules with daily priority changes
• Strong sales background
• Strong IT proficiency with aptitude and desire to learn new programs
• Recent managerial experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
