Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our dental team. Must be self-motivated, exemplify teamwork qualities, have strong interpersonal skills, and be motivated toward common team goals. Must also be dependable and be able to communicate effectively with the patients and the dental team.
This position is for 32+ hours a week at the front desk of a busy, well-established dental office. We are looking for a long-term employee with strong customer service skills who is able to multitask while making sure to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Customer service, scheduling, data entry, multi-line phones.
• Confirm, change and schedule appointments.
• Verify & update mailing addresses and phone numbers at each visit.
• Receive & post payments.
• Assist with managing accounts receivable on daily basis.
• Scanning importing documents using electronic systems.
• Correspondence with other dental offices.
• Submitting and verifying insurance claims.
