This is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, technical work, reviewing legal documents, and keeping things highly organized. You’ll work closely with surveyors, title companies, appraisers, attorneys, and the general public and you'll learn a ton along the way. Paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do:
• Help the public with land record questions and filings
• Review and approve legal descriptions, surveys, plats, and ownership documents
• Update and maintain official land and ownership records
• Work with other land professionals — surveyors, title companies, appraisers, attorneys
• Manage data in the county’s land tracking system
• Assist with research related to property divisions, addresses, development patterns, and more
What You Need:
• 2–3 years of office experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read, understand, and work with legal documents (training provided!)
