The package includes wall logs, solid log gable ends, log floor joists, log ridge, log truss on front over porch, hand-peeled finish, construction drawings, and delivery to the job site within the tri-state area. For shipping outside of MT, WY, and ID, please call for pricing.

All logs are tagged with the corresponding log schedule. Gable ends pitch cut. $36,800.

For log railing for the exterior porch, please add $675.

Ladder not included. Steel recommended.

Log wall assembly materials NOT included in price. Please add $3,800 for Log Wall Assembly Materials Including: double row of foam tape, 4 settle jacks for porch posts, log builder's caulk, 10" oly-log screws, 1/2 lag bolts for beam to post connections, materials drop shipped to job site. $3,800.
