Hi - I live in California and have a car registered in Montana. I need someone to visit the Motor Vehicle Department in Kalispell in order to order Personalized License Plates for me. I've prepared the application and I'll pay for your time and reimburse all expenses/costs at the MVD. I'll pay you in full once the job is done. (I tried forwarding the costs in advance; but the last two folks that I hired for this simple job took my money and did nothing) .
