As a Customer Service Representative at Mountain Meadow Herbs, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality assistance and maintaining excellent customer relations. Your goal will be to contribute to customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships through outstanding customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax in a timely manner
• Assist customers with order entry, tracking shipments, and process returns or exchanges professionally and accurately
• Help customers with accurate up to date product selection and information to meet their unique needs
• Resolve customer complaints, issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
