Private estate is seeking a reliable, hardworking individual for a full-time property maintenance position. This is a hands-on role with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, solving problems, and staying productive throughout the day.
Duties Include:
General property maintenance and repairs
Landscaping, lawn care, and groundskeeping
Snow removal and outdoor cleanup
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance
Preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
Minor repairs (doors, fences, faucets, drains, etc.)
Monitoring boilers, HVAC, and other systems
Caring for chickens and cats, including dog waste removal
Vehicle upkeep and regular detailing
Added plus: mechanically inclined
Requirements:
Maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Basic knowledge of building systems and tools
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Dependable and self-motivated
Must pass a background check
Pay: Starting at $24/hour
