The ideal candidate will:
Have strong computer skills and the ability to learn our management software.
Work well with the public while providing excellent customer service.
Enforce community rules professionally, consistently, and fairly.
Possess strong rent collection and organizational skills.
Maintenance Manager
The ideal candidate will:
Have an eye for detail and take pride in maintaining the property.
Be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.
Have experience with groundskeeping and landscaping.
Perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment.
Enforce community rules professionally, consistently, and fairly.
Possess strong rent collection capabilities.
Qualifications (Both Positions)
Valid driver's license.
Must be insurable.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented and dependable.
Compensation
Wage: DOE (Depending on Experience)
