Pay Schedule: Weekly pay
Employment Type: Steady work with hours based on project schedule (typically around 40 hours per week with potential for overtime)
Schedule: Monday through Friday (occasional out-of-town travel as needed). Typical workday starts around 7:00 A.M. – 8:00 A.M.
Experience Level: Entry Level
We are expanding our team to support ongoing projects in and around the Kalispell area.. This position involves demolition support, material handling, and job-site cleanup on residential and commercial projects.
This is physical, hands-on work in changing environments. Work continues year-round in varying conditions. We’re looking for people who show up ready to work, take safety seriously, and want steady year-round employment with room to grow. Comfort working in PPE and following strict safety procedures is required. We value people who take pride in doing quality work safely.
Responsibilities
• Assist with demolition and site preparation activities
• Material handling and general job-site cleanup
• Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment
• Work efficiently as part of a small team
• Travel to local and occasional out-of-town job sites
Requirements
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Dependable and punctual — consistent attendance is expected
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders and in varying job-site conditions
• Willing to travel out of town for up to one week at a time when needed
• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test (clean-shaven where the respirator seals; mustaches or goatees are acceptable if they do not interfere with the seal)
• Construction or site cleanup experience is a plus, but not required
