The property is a 2,500 sq. ft. home with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner, housekeeper, hotel/motel cleaner, or vacation rental cleaner looking for seasonal, as-needed work at a strong hourly rate.
Pay is $40/hour.
Typical duties include:
Changing bedding and towels
Cleaning and sanitizing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas
Mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and general floor care
Cleaning counters, sinks, showers, toilets, mirrors, and appliances
Light window/glass cleaning as needed
Organizing and resetting rooms for incoming guests
Making the home look clean, fresh, and guest-ready
Previous hotel, motel, Airbnb, VRBO, or vacation rental cleaning experience is a plus.
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to complete turnover cleans between guest stays.
Good communication, customer service skills, and pride in your work are important.
Must be able to lift approximately 25 pounds. Reliable transportation is required.
Cleaning schedule is based on guest bookings.
Typically, this property has approximately 10–15 cleanings per summer.
Typical cleaning window is 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
