Must maintain a big picture awareness of what is happening and help facilitate the best possible experience for the doctor, patients and their family members.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Must maintain acceptable and professional standards of office conduct and attire.
Must maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Will gather and provide correct information while scheduling appointments.
Will greet and check in patients, notifying clinical staff of schedule changes throughout the day. Will collect payments due from patients at the time of appointment.
Will check out patients and reschedule for follow up care if indicated.
