2.5 year old grass fed, grass finished bulls are being butchered in October/November 2026, meat should be ready for pickup 3 weeks after their butcher date.

This is 100% grass fed, grass finished bison born and raised on the ranch.
You can expect ~90-100lbs of packaged meat per 1/4.

To have your bison custom cut, order 1/2 or more. Otherwise, 1/4's will be cut using our standard cut sheet and you can expect the amounts listed below.
