2.5 gallon jar capable of churning 7 quarts of cream at a time.
Also comes with a 1 gallon jar and conversion kit that allows you to use the motor from the 2.5 gallon jar on the 1 gallon jar when you don’t have that much cream.
The conversion only takes a few minutes to swap . The agitator is stainless steel. Made in USA.
The 2.5 gallon jar was used twice to make butter. The 1 gallon jar has not been used.
