7 year old riding mare for confident rider - $5,500

This mare looked to be everything she would want to just jump on and go. However, the 2 of them just have not meshed well. Our neighbor who is 16 loves her and she seems to love him. She is really a different horse with him. But they already have a lot of horses and aren't looking to add another one.
Here is everything I know, the good and the bad,
🐎 She is 7 years old
🐎 she is grade
🐎 She is easy to catch
🐎 She stands great tied
🐎 she has hunched up a few times when my daughter first gets on her, but does not buck. And then rides out fine, with no buck or rear. She does not hunch up when our neighbor boy gets on her.
🐎 She stood all winter and was good first time out this year.
🐎 She was ridden all last summer through mountain trails
🐎 She is spooky
🐎 She is not a mean horse at all. No bite or kick
🐎 She is horrible with her feet. She was just trimmed though.
🐎 I believe she needs some ground work refreshers and some trust built.
She does much better with a confident rider, one who likes a little spunk in their horses. My daughter is a pretty confident rider, loves to go fast, but she just can't get over a nervousness she has with this mare. I really hoped they would click, and that's why I have waited a year to list her.
I also have a newer phone and don't have videos or a lot of pictures, but I am happy to get more upon request.
