We sustainably harvest Wild Sockeye Salmon in the waters of Bristol Bay which hosts the largest sockeye salmon run in the world. Sockeye salmon are hand picked by crew, placed in refrigerated sea water, then flash frozen and vacuum packed to deliver the highest quality fillets.
Fillets are individually vacuum packed, with pin bones removed and skin left on to provide a greater variety of cooking options. They are sold in #20 lb cases, which contains approximately 14 - 16 fillets for $310.
New this year, we are also offering portions. These single serving portions are made from the same top grade sockeye salmon, but they are vacuum sealed in individual single serving sized pieces. Portions are also sold in $20 lb cases, and contain approximately 50-54 frozen fillet portions per case for $335.
