Snapper 23 series mower with bagger. Engine starts and runs well and turns the blades excellent. However, recently was going to pull out of garage and cannot move forward or backwards. I looked underneath and it all looks good and fully functional so not sure if a chain, sprocket, or the just the drive wheel, maybe something even more basic. For someone with the know how this might be a great deal and a winter project or if need for parts or the bagger. These baggers go for 500 to 600 dollars. Comes with the manuals and spare keys. $200 OBO.
