Hiring for the Belvedere located on the third floor, roof top of 101 Central.

The Food Runner is responsible for overall preparation of condiments, food delivery and presentation of food items and to assist the food server. Ensure prompt cleaning and resetting of tables according to specifications. This position requires individuals to have a pleasant personality, be team oriented, and enjoy working with and serving people. These functions will be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures and within the framework and intent of Herb and Omni standards.


Responsible for bringing the food properly garnished, out to the table.
Must know table numbers, floor plans and pivot points.
Must have a thorough knowledge of menu items and garnishes.
Serve food when necessary while following the rules of service.
Communicate the guests’ needs to the server.
Help expedite the food. Prioritize the order in which trays are run.
Good coordination when carrying items on a tray through a crowded room.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the table and side stations.
Break downside stations and so assigned kitchen duties.
Set up, place, and fill equipment.
Complete designated side work daily.
Maintain kitchen transport carts or trays in a clean and sanitary manner.
Treats all customers with courtesy and respect.
Additional related duties as requested by the supervisor or manager.


Requires constant mobility and the ability to reaching from floor level six (6) feet.
Must be able to transport full tray to and from kitchen.
Requires lifting to 40 lbs.
Requires transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering carts through crowded areas.
Work in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure and effectively deal with guest, management, and employees in all situations.
Requires mobility and prolonged standing.
