This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You’ll lead and guide a team of Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers (3–6 direct reports) while staying actively involved in daily customer service and account management.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 3–6 Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers.
• Oversee daily customer service operations, including orders, returns, credits, and account management.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide guidance to your team on problem-solving.
• Develop team schedules, assign workloads, and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, onboard, and mentor new team members to meet company standards and compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, shipping, and retail teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance.
What You Bring:
• 3+ years of customer service or account management experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
• Player-coach mindset – lead your team AND jump in to help.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Wage : $26
