Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with orders, product questions, and general support while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and order status updates
• Enter and manage orders accurately in company systems
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams regarding timelines and customer needs
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Provide knowledgeable information about company products and services
• Support administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfortable using computers, email, and order-entry software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Interest in firearms or manufacturing industry is a plus (not required)
Preferred Skills
• Experience in manufacturing or technical product environments
• Familiarity with firearms terminology (training provided)
