Location: Lower Kalispell + Evergreen
Compensation: $20 to start with a $1-2 increase after 90 days based on performance and attendance - regular yearly reviews after that.

What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional vibe while helping them find the right products for their needs
• Educate customers on different cannabis products and brands, cannabinoids, terpenes, and consumption methods
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently and with cannabis compliance in mind.
• Share responsibility for store upkeep — including restocking, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Use computer systems like a point of sale system, Slack, Excel, and Microsoft word - computer and typing literacy is a REQUIREMENT!
What We’re Looking For:
• Weekend availability is a must as we are looking to fill coverage on those days primarily. Potential opportunity for weekday shifts.
Shifts are split between 8:45AM – 8 PM, seven days a week.
• Personable, confident communicators who like talking to people
• Solid knowledge of cannabis products, or a genuine eagerness to learn fast (this is CRUCIAL. We want people who genuinely love to learn about cannabis and can easily articulate their knowledge)
• Strong sales skills (knowledge of upselling a HUGE plus) and a team-player attitude
• Must have a valid CCD license, or be able to obtain one quickly after your first interview
