The outdrive has approximately one inch of vertical play. Woods Bay Marine has confirmed that it does not affect safety or performance and is not considered a critical repair. If the new owner chooses to address it, the estimated cost at Woods Bay Marine is approximately $1,000.
The port window has a crack. Kalispell Glass quoted $80 for replacement.
Both items have been factored into the asking price. To the best of my knowledge, these are the only remaining issues.

-This boat has been well cared for over the past four years and has been consistently maintained. We have upgraded to a boat that better fits year-round use, but this Sundowner is fully ready for dependable summer fun.
