The first option is to rent just the cabin. With this option we will winterize the geodesic domes, but you will have access to the entire property:
-Cabin is 624 Sq Ft
-Studio bedroom with queen sized bed
-Loft bedroom with 2 twin sized beds
-Brand new kitchen appliances
-Kitchen utensils and cookware included
-Furnished
-Wood-burning stove and plenty of cut wood
-Electric heat
-$1650 + utilities
-First month's rent + $1650 security deposit due at signing
The second option is to rent the entire property which includes the cabin and two geodesic domes.
-Cabin and two additional 200 sq ft domes
-Fully furnished with queen sized beds
-Small kitchenette
-Full bathroom with shower
-Cookware and utensils included
-Electric Heat
-$2100 per month + utilities
-First month's rent + $2100 security deposit due at signing
Pets Negotiable with $250 non-refundable pet deposit fee per animal.
Pets are not allowed in domes.
The property is off the beaten path and requires AWD or 4WD for winter access.
Driveway plowing available for $50 per trip.
6 Month Lease
Rental timeframe would be now through May 31st
Owners do not live onsite .
