Inside is almost all new. New countertops, sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and 40-gallon hot water tank. All ready to go. The rental price includes water, sewer, and weekly trash. The renter is responsible for the electric costs. Washer and dryer hook-ups are present and there is a full laundry mat on premises.
Pet policy is 2 pets max. No exceptions. That can either be 2 dogs, 2 cats or a combo. Each pet is a $35 fee, per month, with no deposit.
The unit is in the final stages of touch-up and cleaning and should be ready next week.
Rent is $1500 with a $1500 deposit.
To view, please txt show contact info for directions and times. Voicemails and emails will not be responded to on a timely basis, and txt is the easiest way to communicate. As a policy, we don't rent to anyone who doesn't view in person. Applications will be available at time of viewing. We will get lots of interest and applications, so txt communication seems to work the best, keeping everything straight. If selected, we will need income verification and IDs of all adults.
Encluded with the rental is a 10x12 shed to store stuff and an open yard with screened-in porch.
